Overview
We are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to oversee a 3-month contract project focusing on the development and mentoring of team members. This role involves guiding the delivery team in using effective digital delivery methodologies and best practices while working on complex technology projects. The successful candidate will collaborate across various teams to enhance professional capabilities and performance management within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the delivery team to improve skills and performance.
- Set guidelines and provide best practice examples for agile methodologies.
- Oversee the delivery of complex technology projects across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and support the professional development of team members.
- Implement effective digital delivery practices across the project.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to the organization's digital roadmap delivery.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering complex technology projects using agile methodologies.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members' skills.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile delivery standards.
- Familiarity with design-thinking development methodologies.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and communication skills.
- Experience working within the constraints of IR35 guidelines is preferred.
