Overview
The AI Adoption Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding a healthcare organization towards effective adoption of artificial intelligence technologies. This hands-on consultant will collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to develop a practical vision for an AI-enabled organization, ensuring that the implementation goes beyond merely introducing new tools. The role focuses on redefining workflows, building new capabilities, and enabling teams to realize measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop a practical vision for AI-enabled operations in healthcare.
- Collaborate with teams to understand existing workflows and identify AI-driven redesign opportunities.
- Challenge conventional approaches and explore innovative ways of working with AI.
- Turn concepts into prototypes and new workflows utilizing current AI capabilities.
- Measure the impact of AI initiatives on quality, efficiency, and user experience.
- Translate future workflows into clear technology requirements in partnership with technical teams.
- Build and maintain a roadmap for future AI capabilities across the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance AI competence within teams.
Requirements
- Experienced AI practitioner or consultant with deep AI fluency and communication skills.
- Strong experience with generative AI, including LLMs and tools like OpenAI Codex.
- Proficiency in rapidly prototyping AI solutions and redesigning workflows.
- Experience in running experiments and embedding successful AI initiatives within organizations.
- Technical ability to translate business needs into clear technology requirements.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills for diverse audiences.
- Background in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech is preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
