Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on SaaS products to support a SaaS company in enhancing their product offerings. This role involves collaborating closely with customers to gather requirements and conveying those needs to the business team. The position is fully remote and requires availability within two weeks for an urgent start.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to gather and clarify product requirements.
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights for the product team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product specifications and workflows.
- Analyze current product performance and suggest improvements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new features for the SaaS platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software product development processes.
- Ability to gather and document customer requirements effectively.
- Experience in product management or closely related fields.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
