Overview
We are seeking an experienced HiBob Implementation Specialist to support a critical HR transformation project. This part-time contract role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of HiBob, enhancing HR processes and systems across the organization. The specialist will also provide expertise in data migration and governance, ensuring the platform is utilized to its fullest potential during the implementation phase and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Act as HiBob's subject matter expert throughout the implementation process.
- Review current HR, payroll, and benefits administration processes to recommend best practice workflows.
- Coordinate activities between stakeholders and HiBob's implementation consultants.
- Support project planning, governance, and delivery milestones.
- Validate, cleanse, and prepare employee data for migration.
- Identify opportunities for system configuration optimization.
- Ensure reporting requirements are incorporated into the design from the outset.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and ensure go-live readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a HiBob consultant or implementation specialist.
- Track record of multiple end-to-end HiBob implementations.
- Strong knowledge of HiBob best practice configuration and workflows.
- Experience leading HR system transformation projects.
- Expertise in HRIS data migration, validation, and cleansing activities.
- Strong understanding of HR reporting, analytics, and system design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements.
