Overview
The Business Analyst will join a leading digital consultancy focused on modernizing digital public services for government clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that projects meet users' needs and align with public sector goals. The successful candidate will play an essential role in the delivery of high-impact projects and is expected to start quickly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure project alignment and effectiveness.
- Develop and document business processes and use cases.
- Support the transition of government projects through GDS Discovery and Alpha phases.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex public sector projects.
- Strong understanding of GDS standards and methodologies.
- Experience in early-stage GDS Discovery and Alpha phases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setup and travel for meetings as needed.
- Available for interview and start on short notice.
