Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology-enabled transformation programme on a 3-month initial contract. This hybrid role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand and improve end-to-end business processes while uncovering cross-functional dependencies. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to aligning technology with the wider business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping to identify As-Is and To-Be states.
- Perform cross-functional dependency and impact analysis.
- Elicit requirements and develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Support agile technology delivery, including backlog refinement and UAT activities.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly defined prior to delivery.
- Collaborate with technology teams to connect processes, systems, and data.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis with a focus on technology transformation.
- Strong skills in end-to-end process mapping and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in requirements elicitation and creating user stories.
- Experience with systems integration and data flow analysis.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and delivery processes.
- Previous involvement in user acceptance testing and backlog management.
