Overview
The Senior Change Lead will spearhead a high-impact transformation program in the energy technology sector, focusing on enhancing energy efficiency in compliant homes nationwide. Reporting to the Group Head of Business Change, this role involves translating strategic objectives into actionable plans by collaborating with business leaders and change champions to drive sustainable transformation and ensure effective adoption of change initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Translate the strategic roadmap into a practical delivery plan and lead its execution.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels to facilitate change.
- Conduct readiness assessments and implement tailored action plans for effective transition.
- Design and deliver a Train-the-Trainer model to equip internal teams.
- Create impactful messaging and engagement content in collaboration with internal communications.
- Run impact assessments on processes, people, and behaviors to foresee challenges.
- Define KPIs for adoption and effectiveness, providing regular insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure smooth handover of tools and documentation to internal teams for business-as-usual transition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in change management, particularly in transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of energy technology and decarbonisation initiatives.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience designing and implementing training frameworks and communication strategies.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting readiness assessments and impact analyses.
- Experience in developing KPIs to measure adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills to provide insights to leadership.
- Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams through change processes.
