Overview
The Intapp Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting and delivering high-demand legal technology projects for law firms in a fully remote capacity. The consultant will leverage their strong hands-on expertise in Intapp implementations, specifically focusing on Intapp Risk, Walls, and Terms, collaborating with legal technology teams to ensure effective solutions are provided from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Implement Intapp solutions for legal technology projects.
- Collaborate with legal technology teams to gather requirements and configure workflows.
- Conduct testing and support deployment of Intapp applications
- Provide ongoing optimisation and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and align project outcomes with business needs.
- Deliver client-facing support and guidance during the implementation process.
- Ensure compliance with legal workflows and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Intapp Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Technical Consultant.
- Strong hands-on implementation experience across Intapp Risk, Walls, and Terms.
- Experience delivering Intapp projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Understanding of law firm environments and legal workflows.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team setting.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles within law firms or legal technology consultancies is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
