Overview
We are seeking a DV Cleared DevOps Engineer to join a boutique government and defence consultancy on a 6-month rolling contract. This fully remote position involves working with a team to implement and manage cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the defence sector and possess active DV clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cloud infrastructure using Azure and AKS (Kubernetes).
- Automate deployment and management tasks using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and secure systems.
- Conduct system monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure performance and reliability.
- Utilize your MoD background to inform best practices in a secure environment.
- Participate in a one-stage interview process for efficient onboarding.
Requirements
- Active DV Clearance is required.
- Proven experience with Azure and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Background in the Ministry of Defence (MoD) is preferred.
- Experience in government and defence consultancy environments is a plus.
