Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Lead & AI Governance Oversight professional to lead strategic initiatives in Data and AI. The successful candidate will leverage over 15 years of recognised expertise to guide responsible AI practices, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee the delivery of Microsoft AI and Data solutions while collaborating with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Data and AI strategy and provide direction for major business-critical programmes.
- Oversee responsible AI practices, AI governance, and associated risks.
- Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide oversight across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agent development.
- Support initiatives involving SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Purview information governance.
- Provide strategic oversight of Power BI, Power Platform, and data integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with the IT team on solution development and implementation.
- Ensure comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Recognised Data and AI expert.
- Proven experience directing major, business-critical programmes.
- Strong expertise in Data and AI strategy.
- Demonstrable experience in responsible AI and AI governance.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant hands-on experience with Microsoft products including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power BI, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Must be UK-based throughout the entire engagement and have the right to work in the UK.
