Overview
We are seeking an IT Delivery Manager to support a finance systems implementation project over a six-month contract. The successful candidate will drive the project within the IT function, collaborating with technology and finance stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to the new platform. This role requires effective management of cross-functional workstreams, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to meet project milestones and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of finance systems implementation to achieve project milestones, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage cross-functional workstreams across IT, Finance, and third-party vendors.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
- Coordinate technical and business teams to ensure successful system integration, testing, and deployment.
- Drive engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering finance systems implementation projects.
- Experience managing complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior business and technical leaders.
