Overview
We are seeking an experienced M365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to assist with a Microsoft Teams Telephony adoption program for a UK public sector organization. The consultant will facilitate user understanding and adoption of Teams calling while leveraging broader M365 expertise. This role will involve creating training materials, conducting live webinars, and building resource sites for enhanced user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging training materials, user guides, FAQs, and quick reference content.
- Deliver live training webinars to various audiences.
- Build eLearning content using M365 tools.
- Translate technical changes into user-friendly messaging.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, running feedback forums.
- Use SharePoint to create adoption hubs and resource sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience in M365 adoption and change management, with a focus on Teams Phone/telephony.
- Strong knowledge of the M365 ecosystem.
- Confident trainer and presenter with excellent written communication skills.
- Solid skills in SharePoint.
- Must be based in the UK and work exclusively within UK borders.
- Current or recent SC clearance is highly desirable.
