Overview
The Modern Workplace Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting business transformation initiatives by leveraging Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI technologies. This contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders to improve business processes, implement automation solutions, and facilitate the adoption of modern workplace tools. Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve business processes across multiple departments.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Design and implement automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Support Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption initiatives.
- Map current and future-state business processes.
- Deliver process improvement and digital transformation projects.
- Monitor solution effectiveness and identify further improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Proficient in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to gather business requirements and engage with stakeholders.
- Skilled in business process analysis and process mapping.
- Familiar with change management and technology adoption initiatives.
- Experience delivering automation and workflow solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies is desirable; PowerShell experience is beneficial.
