Overview
We are seeking a PAS OP Configuration Analyst with expertise in Oracle Cerner to assist in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Patient Administration System (PAS). This role involves collaborating with operational, clinical, and technical teams to ensure the system effectively meets business and patient care requirements. The position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while focusing on improving healthcare delivery through effective system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Oracle Cerner PAS and Outpatient modules.
- Gather and analyse requirements from operational and clinical stakeholders.
- Implement configuration changes, enhancements, and system updates.
- Support testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
- Investigate and resolve configuration-related issues and defects.
- Maintain system documentation, build guides, and configuration records.
- Support data quality initiatives and operational reporting requirements.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure system changes are delivered effectively.
Requirements
- Experience configuring Oracle Cerner Millennium, PAS, or Outpatient solutions.
- Understanding of NHS patient administration and outpatient workflows.
- Experience supporting EPR/EHR systems within healthcare environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience working through change control and release processes.
- Ability to engage effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders.
