Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major global Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programme. This hands-on role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including programme leadership, implementation partners, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and governance. The Project Manager will coordinate activities across multiple global workstreams, providing visibility and accountability throughout the project's lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project across multiple global workstreams.
- Manage the relationship with the Dynamics 365 implementation partner / Systems Integrator, ensuring clear accountability and delivery visibility.
- Track project deliverables, milestones, dependencies and actions through Azure DevOps.
- Provide clear and accurate delivery reporting and dashboards to programme leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor dependencies and blockers across Process, Data, Technology and Change workstreams.
- Support planning for testing, cutover and rollout activities.
- Ensure evidence of delivery, progress and completed activities from the implementation partner.
- Support financial tracking, forecasting and change control as required.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Project Management within large-scale transformation or ERP programmes.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or another major ERP implementation.
- Strong vendor / Systems Integrator management experience, ideally managing an implementation partner directly.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including tracking progress through backlogs and sprints.
- Excellent skills in RAID management, governance, project planning, and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating global or multi-region teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery visibility and accountability.
