Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React and TypeScript for a contract position starting in early September. In this role, you will take ownership of a self-contained area of the build, working across the stack and making critical technical decisions. You will collaborate with a fast-moving team while maintaining clear communication about progress and developments.
Responsibilities
- Build applications across the full stack using TypeScript and React.
- Own a self-contained area of the build from end to end.
- Make technical decisions for your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure alignment and pacing.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Enhance communication and coordination within the development team.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.
- Deep expertise in React for front-end applications.
- Proficiency in back-end development using Node (Express or NestJS).
- Experience designing and building scalable APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Demonstrated ability to own a segment of a project while working collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent proactive communication skills.
