Overview
As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering robust and scalable integrations within the ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM platform. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will design and implement enterprise-wide integration solutions that connect ServiceNow with essential cloud platforms and business applications, while also contributing to technical standards and mentoring less experienced engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM integrations.
- Develop REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven integrations.
- Build automation and orchestration solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
- Support CMDB strategy, data quality, and governance efforts.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and adopt modern DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and product owners.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to establishing technical standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in enterprise integration engineering.
- 5+ years' experience delivering ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
- Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Knowledge of middleware technologies like Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Kafka.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript; knowledge of Python and PowerShell is a plus.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams, preferably in the pharma or life sciences sector.
