Overview
We are seeking a Freelance Statistician specialized in Indirect Treatment Comparisons and Network Meta Analysis to support health technology assessments within a leading global life sciences consultancy. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic statistical expertise and evidence generation plans for market access decisions. The successful candidate will utilize their knowledge in health economics and statistical methods to drive innovative solutions in clinical and real-world data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic statistical and health economics expertise to integrate Access/HTA evidence into clinical development strategies.
- Design and deliver evidence-generation plans including advanced analyses of clinical and real-world data.
- Collaborate across global teams to align evidence strategies and communicate analytical insights.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive methodological innovation in evidence generation.
- Monitor evolving Access/HTA trends to ensure current effectiveness of approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy, or relevant academic roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Access and HTA, clinical research methods, and international payer evidence requirements.
- Proficient in statistical methods such as Generalized Linear Models, Survival analysis, and Network Meta-Analysis.
- Skilled in R and GitLab, with additional experience in SAS, Python, or similar software preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
