Overview
The Senior Manhattan Active WMS Consultant will play a critical role in a major warehouse transformation program, primarily focused on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including warehouse operations and technical teams, to ensure a successful WMS implementation. The consultant will lead the technical efforts throughout the implementation lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to go-live support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Manhattan Active WMS.
- Configure and optimise the MAWM platform to meet business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve warehouse processes.
- Support solution design, integrations, APIs and data flows.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer and best practice across the programme.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Manhattan Active WMS implementations.
- Strong configuration and optimisation experience within Manhattan Active.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting integrations, testing, deployments and production support.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- A consultative approach with the ability to influence business and technical teams.
