Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manhattan Active WMS Consultant to lead a major warehouse transformation programme. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and warehouse operations to support the successful implementation and optimization of the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management system. This position plays a critical role in guiding the project through its lifecycle, ensuring the solutions meet organizational needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Manhattan Active WMS.
- Configure and optimise the MAWM platform to meet business requirements.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to enhance warehouse processes.
- Support solution design, integrations, APIs and data flows.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices across the programme.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Manhattan Active WMS implementations.
- Strong configuration and optimisation skills within Manhattan Active.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience in supporting integrations, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Consultative approach with the ability to influence both business and technical teams.
