Overview
As a Senior Project Manager for the Go-to-Market Programme, you will play a critical role in leading the delivery of a new product launch, focusing on the operational and business readiness aspects. Working closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technology, you will ensure that all key systems and processes are in place for a successful launch scheduled for January 2027. This fully remote position requires effective collaboration with both UK and US teams, along with periodic travel to New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrated project plan across multiple workstreams, managing milestones and dependencies within a two-week sprint cadence.
- Coordinate delivery across finance, legal, billing, invoicing, and enterprise systems.
- Manage risks, issues, decisions, and change control, providing regular updates to programme leadership.
- Secure time and input from subject matter experts, resolving resource constraints and escalating as needed.
- Coordinate the external delivery partner, tracking deliverables and securing business approvals.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communications across UK and US teams.
- Assess change impacts and drive business readiness for new operating procedures.
- Coordinate go-live checks and the operational handover post-launch.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in product launches and change management.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and related operational systems.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies effectively.
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
