Overview
The Interim Software Engineering Manager will oversee the technical direction of a complex software platform within a technology-led engineering organization. Requirements
- Significant experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of improving complex production systems.
- Ability to balance scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness in delivery.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or directing software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of secure software development and cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to AI strategy or evaluating AI applications is advantageous.
- Experience with C# or Python is beneficial but not essential.
