Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital and customer technology landscape of an international entertainment and leisure organization. This senior, hands-on position involves working closely with product teams, technology leadership, and engineering partners to develop architecture and establish best practices while ensuring scalable and resilient solutions across web, apps, and marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of technical strategy and architecture for digital and customer platforms.
- Collaborate with product teams to define engineering principles and standards.
- Ensure solutions are built with scalability, resilience, and cloud-first approach in mind.
- Oversee the implementation of architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.
- Work with third-party engineering partners to ensure quality and alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in engineering tasks while operating at a strategic level.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders across various teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital and customer platform architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Sitecore, including modern and headless implementations.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies such as .NET, React, and Next.js.
- Experience with Azure and cloud infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to manage technical roadmaps and make architecture-related decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in a strategic role while remaining technically hands-on.
