Overview
We are seeking a Test Engineer to support the integration, testing, and validation of vehicle systems across various domains such as Telematics, Connectivity, Infotainment, and Diagnostics. This fully onsite role involves hands-on work with vehicles and test equipment, and requires collaboration with functional teams and suppliers to address integration challenges and enhance system performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing test strategies and automating testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the construction, maintenance, and management of test rigs and vehicles.
- Capture and specify system integration and test requirements.
- Plan and manage project-related activities on a weekly basis.
- Report project status and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Investigate complex system test and integration challenges.
- Analyze vehicle logs and manage integration issues.
- Automate testing processes using Python and relevant frameworks.
- Maintain and document test environment configurations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with vehicles in a dealership, OEM, or similar automotive environment.
- Familiarity with vehicle software and test benches.
- Experience in vehicle/system testing, integration, and fault investigation.
- Ability to analyze vehicle logs for root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of test automation using Python, Robot Framework, or Anna Framework.
- Strong practical technician skills applicable to vehicle work.
- Full driving license required.
