Overview
The Test Lead for System Integration and User Acceptance Testing will oversee testing processes in a multi-partner environment, ensuring the effective execution of tests and resolution of any defects. Working closely with a virtual test team, this role focuses on developing testing strategies, leading test execution, and providing quality assurance guidance. The contractor must possess active SC clearance and will work primarily in a hybrid model, visiting the office as required.
Responsibilities
- Create SIT and UAT plans, scripts, and test data based on requirements and technical designs.
- Lead SIT and UAT execution, including go/no-go calls, test meetings, and exit reviews.
- Direct a virtual, multi-partner test team and ensure proper test evidence is captured.
- Manage defects through resolution and produce comprehensive test summary reports.
- Review partner testing efforts and provide QA guidance and assurance.
Requirements
- At least five years of QA/testing experience, with a focus on Test Lead responsibilities.
- Minimum of three years leading System Integration Testing (SIT) and three years leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience managing virtual test teams across multiple delivery partners.
- Strong capabilities in test planning, scripting, and defect management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder leadership.
- Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing practices.
