Overview
The D365 CE Developer role involves hands-on development and enhancement of solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. The successful applicant will engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, contributing to solution design while delivering secure and scalable solutions across D365 CE and Azure integrations. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions within Dynamics 365 CE including plugins and workflows.
- Enhance system capabilities through custom APIs and platform customization.
- Support Azure-based integrations and contribute to ALM and DevOps processes.
- Ensure solutions are maintainable and aligned with architectural best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Implement secure development practices and review code for quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Strong knowledge of plugins, workflows, and custom APIs.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Azure services, including Logic Apps and Function Apps.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, pipelines, and source control using Git.
- Understanding of REST APIs and secure development practices.
- Additional experience with Infrastructure as Code tools is a plus.
