Overview
The IAM Operations Engineer will play a critical role in managing identity and access controls within a global Retail and E-Commerce company. This position requires collaboration across technology teams to ensure robust implementation and operation of IAM systems, specifically utilizing Okta. The role focuses on enhancing security measures, optimizing identity governance, and troubleshooting IAM functionalities to support the organization's tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Okta environments including workflows and identity governance solutions.
- Implement and optimize Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes.
- Test, deploy, and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IAM-related issues and enhance security protocols.
- Operate and maintain Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) systems and adaptive MFA.
- Aid in the ongoing BAU (business as usual) support of IAM operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Okta Administrator with strong technical capabilities.
- Extensive background in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Demonstrated experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Familiarity with Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) platforms.
- Experience in testing, deploying, and troubleshooting IAM systems and related technologies.
- Understanding of advanced Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts.
