Overview
In this contract role, the Microsoft Solution Architect / Technical Lead will support a management consultancy in delivering a comprehensive technology transformation for a major construction company. The contractor will work closely with project teams to define and implement solution architectures across various Microsoft platforms. The role requires a strong technical lead who can navigate complex environments and drive integration and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture for Microsoft platforms, infrastructure, and applications.
- Support migration, integration, and modernization efforts across M365, data, hosting, and identity.
- Provide technical leadership across IT service management, networking, and transformation workstreams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape solutions that meet project objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an independent consultant in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership.
- Experience with M365, application migration, data platforms, infrastructure, and identity management.
- Ability to lead architecture for large-scale technology transformation programs.
