Overview
The AI Product Specialist will be responsible for enhancing legal workflows through process mapping and the development of automated solutions using AI tools. Collaborating closely with legal counsels and business stakeholders, the contractor will identify bottlenecks and innovate legal operations to drive efficiency. This role will involve engaging with various teams to implement change management strategies and promote technology adoption within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end mapping of current legal workflows to identify friction points and capacity bottlenecks.
- Design and develop automated workflows and legal tech solutions using generative AI tools and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Create custom AI prompts, templates, and automated decision trees to streamline legal processes.
- Act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation and tech adoption within the legal team.
- Develop documentation, user guides, and training programs for seamless onboarding.
- Track and report on key legal operations metrics to demonstrate tool effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Engineering, or Process Design, ideally in Fintech or Financial Services.
- Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools and low-code/no-code automation platforms.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio.
- Familiarity with legal workflows and contract life cycle management concepts in a corporate setting.
