Overview
The Quantum TMS Specialist will play a critical role within a leading Private Equity firm, focusing on managing and optimizing trading management systems. Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, the contractor will leverage their extensive experience in the finance sector to oversee vendor relationships and ensure efficient project oversight within a hybrid work environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in trading firms, particularly on the buy side, and in managing complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships for the Quantum TMS implementation.
- Plan and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and management.
- Provide PMO reporting on project status and performance.
- Collaborate with trading team members to align system functionalities with business needs.
- Assess and mitigate project risks as they arise.
- Facilitate training and support for end-users of the Quantum TMS.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in trading firms, preferably in a buy-side environment.
- Strong expertise in Quantum TMS or similar trading management systems.
- Demonstrated ability in vendor management and negotiations.
- Proven track record in overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with senior stakeholder management and communication.
- Familiarity with PMO processes and reporting standards.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
