Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will guide a high-profile client migration project within a leading global Fund Administrator. Collaborating closely with delivery teams across business and technology functions, your primary focus will be to implement the SAFe framework effectively, ensuring timely and successful project outcomes while managing complexities in data migration.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery team through SAFe framework and ceremonies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Remove impediments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Manage dependencies across business and technology functions.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Support the team in maintaining a consistent delivery cadence during migration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment, with SAFe certification preferred.
- Background in Financial Services, ideally in Fund Administration or Asset Management.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering data or platform migration programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
