Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager on a 6-month contract to shape and deliver product initiatives aimed at growing our Food customer base and enhancing category performance. This pivotal role involves collaborating across teams to design engaging customer journeys and drive measurable growth in app engagement and sales. The contractor will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on millions of users while working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the app experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and trading teams to achieve business outcomes.
- Define and implement initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, activation, and retention within the app.
- Optimize Food customer journeys to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Leverage data and experimentation to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Enhance product offerings across Food, Home & Beauty categories to unlock growth.
- Identify and address friction points in browsing, discovery, and checkout processes.
- Create loyalty-led experiences to encourage repeat engagement and increase basket sizes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with a focus on customer-facing digital products.
- Demonstrated success in driving engagement and achieving measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of app-based customer journeys and optimization techniques.
