Overview
The SAP Business Analyst (S/4HANA) will play a crucial role in a significant transformation project involving the implementation of S/4HANA within a large organization. Collaborating with Finance, Technology, and various business units, the Analyst will assess current processes, propose necessary changes, and articulate requirements for the technical teams to execute. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP Funds Management and Grants Management, along with hands-on experience in S/4HANA projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to align on project goals.
- Challenge existing processes and propose optimized solutions.
- Ensure clear documentation of the transformation process and requirements.
- Support the technical teams during the implementation phase as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within SAP transformation projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Funds Management and Grants Management.
- Hands-on implementation experience with S/4HANA.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in producing clear and actionable functional specifications.
