Senior DevOps Engineer

Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer on contract, you will play a crucial role within a cloud and platform engineering team, focused on enhancing the CI/CD ecosystem and driving automation across a complex international environment. This fully remote position involves collaborating with engineering teams to implement best practices for infrastructure as code, deployment standards, and security controls, enabling fast, consistent, and secure application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines and deployment standards.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and related tooling.
• Support and enhance Kubernetes-based platforms and containerized workloads.
• Build reusable automation frameworks and GitHub Actions workflows.
• Implement security, compliance, and policy controls across engineering pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise with Cloud platforms (minimum two of Azure, AWS, GCP), Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing security and quality controls within engineering pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, automation, and cloud governance.
