Overview
We are seeking two Senior Project Delivery Managers to support NHS project implementations involving Netcall and SystmOne. The successful candidates will work remotely and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery within the healthcare sector. Candidates should possess significant experience in project management within the NHS and have a strong background in technology implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage NHS projects, specifically focusing on Netcall and SystmOne implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager within the NHS.
- Experience with technology implementations in NHS/ICB environments.
- Familiarity with Netcall and SystmOne systems is essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience in delivering projects within a defined timeline and budget.
