Overview
We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Python Developer to contribute to a long-term project, dedicated to developing, maintaining, and enhancing secure applications in air-gapped environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage their expertise in Python, container orchestration, and workflow management to deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires active DV clearance and is primarily onsite in London.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and services using Python.
- Build, deploy, and maintain capabilities within air-gapped environments.
- Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build and integrate APIs and microservices.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflow orchestration.
- Configure and integrate workflow tooling such as Jira.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within secure environments.
Requirements
- Strong commercial Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment and management.
- Previous experience working within air-gapped environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs and microservices.
- Experience with data pipeline/orchestration technologies like Prefect or Airflow.
- Experience configuring and integrating workflow tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of database and storage technologies such as SQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, DSE/Cassandra, and Redis.
- Active DV clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
