Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tech Delivery/Implementation Consultant to support the deployment of advanced technologies within NHS organisations. This role requires a hands-on approach to product configuration, testing, training, and change management to facilitate the successful adoption of the platform by clinical and operational teams. As part of a healthcare transformation consultancy, the consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders and guide teams through the implementation process over a 5-month project duration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hands-on deployment and front-end configuration of technology products.
- Coordinate product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deliver product demonstrations and training to various teams.
- Manage implementation and change activities, including project plans and stakeholder engagement.
- Support process mapping, go-live readiness, and transition to business as usual (BAU).
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user issues during deployment.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in delivering technology implementations within the NHS.
- Strong hands-on experience in product configuration, testing, and technology adoption support.
- Experience managing project delivery and operational change within NHS Trusts.
- Ability to work directly with clinical and operational teams to translate requirements.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and change management processes.
