Overview
We are seeking a Technical Lead for a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive development teams in building bespoke software solutions within an Agile environment. As a hands-on leader, you will mentor team members and inspire a culture of innovation while tackling complex operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development teams to build full-stack applications using Java and JavaScript.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment to solve complex operational challenges.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results and foster a culture of innovation.
- Guide the team in utilizing technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and AWS.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in version control using Git and BitBucket.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development with a strong background in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Tomcat, and Hibernate.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and team dynamics.
- Ability to mentor and inspire technical teams to achieve high performance.
