Overview
We are seeking a Cyber Security Architect with active SC clearance to join a Defence modernisation programme in a hybrid working arrangement. This role involves hands-on delivery of security architecture outputs and collaboration with a team of Senior Security Architects and Digital Engineering stakeholders to enhance the programme's security posture. The successful candidate will be instrumental in producing key security artifacts and integrating secure-by-design principles within the project.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver core security architecture outputs including digital engineering security artifacts and engagement reports.
- Develop security requirements specifications and security principles framework.
- Create infrastructure mapping documents and security architecture design packs.
- Conduct threat modelling and produce reusable security pattern libraries.
- Prepare knowledge transfer packs, including training materials and recorded walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure security integration.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in security architecture or security consulting.
- Strong track record in designing and reviewing secure infrastructure.
- Proven experience applying secure-by-design principles.
- Familiarity with digital engineering and secure architectural controls.
- Experience in pattern-based design is essential.
- Active SC or DV clearance is mandatory.
