Overview
The OT Cyber Project Manager will oversee a significant contract focused on cybersecurity during a merger and acquisition project. Collaborating closely with the global CISO, this role involves driving remediation efforts and enhancing the security posture of a major organization. The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders and manage teams across different geographies to ensure effective project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of cyber project management for M&A activities.
- Engage with senior leadership to align project objectives with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage multiple stakeholder relationships to ensure project buy-in and support.
- Analyze and present data to inform decision-making and project strategies.
- Utilize project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project to track progress and risks.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to drive governance and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize and allocate work to meet challenging deadlines efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise IT.
- Strong operational technology cyber expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change adoption.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and management reports effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving project delivery.
