Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Security Compliance for a long-term contract with a major European Energy Trading and Utilities provider. This fully remote role focuses on engaging with business stakeholders and coordinating analysis within an ongoing project. The position requires strong influencing skills and an understanding of security regulations and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.
- Coordinate and facilitate analysis activities within the project.
- Influence project direction and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Review and analyze compliance with EU security regulations.
- Support the implementation of ISMS frameworks and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security processes.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong knowledge of NIST and ISMS frameworks.
- Familiarity with EU security regulations and compliance.
- Relevant certifications such as IIBA BABOK or AgileBA preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
