Overview
The Senior BI Developer will play a key role in a Finance BI transformation programme by developing and enhancing reporting solutions. Collaborating with Business Analysts, Architects, and various stakeholders, the developer will focus on delivering critical initiatives related to financial metrics such as Revenue Recognition and Working Capital. This position requires extensive expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, with an immediate start available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions and semantic models.
- Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Develop and optimise Microsoft Fabric solutions.
- Build, test and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and SSIS.
- Develop and optimise SSAS Cubes and Tabular Models.
- Support BI performance tuning and optimisation.
- Contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Maintain technical documentation within Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Strong Power BI development experience.
- Proven Microsoft Fabric implementation experience.
- Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills.
- Experience with SSIS, ETL and data integration.
- Strong SSAS Cube and Tabular Model experience.
- Data Warehousing and Data Modelling expertise.
- Experience with SSDT, Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with BI CI/CD and deployment processes.
